Hello i have problem in game there are no skill sound only one for the ghost from wizard and MG  all other skill have no sound. I reinstal game but it didn't work.

i have a problem in my account after donation. it keeps me disconnecting to the game whenever i tried to log in.

i tried to delete all my characters and try to make new characters but it says the same thing. i tried to click the activate speed server but it says you have a character. the i delete my character again. then it says you have item on vault. how can i empty my vault when i cant even log in

Olá, sou jogador iniciante e gostaria de resolver esse problema relacionado ao visual do jogo.

Entrei no jogo e do nada ele ficou MUITO escuro. Procurei por problemas parecidos ou algo do tipo.

Estou tentando entrar em Balgass Barrack pra fazer a segunda parte da quente da minha Muse elf e não consigo, já fiz a primeira parte, achei os três itens e entreguei no npc de crywolf, mas qdo vou fazer a parte 2, falo com o npc Werewolf Quarel, aparece a msg aperto em OK mas não entro em Balgass.. 

gostaria de saber oq pq, tenho zen, já fiz a questão do marlon e tudo e nada

Hi! I have serious issue with recent update of the app on iOS.
I have been playing with no problems to date, creating/deleting character, progressing etc. Since update yesterday app background screen flashes in neon colours and I cannot create new character, create character button doesn’t work. I can still play existing character but with some bugs like some stuff not displaying properly.
I am playing on iPhone 14PM on iOS 17.0.3.
Please help. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, I even created new account but I had the same issue with flashing background and inability to create new character.

hello, what could be the reason. I can't leave town with any new characters. mobile version, reinstallation did not help.

Eu fiz uma assinatura de r$ 29 e coloquei um mega VIP aí desde isso eu não consigo mais logar pois está dando a mensagem tive como se minha conta tivesse em transição para o speed serve,
Aí toda hora  que eu tento entrar eu tomo disconect.

Não consigo sair das cidades, e quando vou para Stadium o char fica travado no ponto que apareceu.
