Hey i have issue with silver battle pas DL 11lvl cannot complete this quest

The quests completed on a normal server (for example, the one in your screenshot) have their rewards to be claimed from the NPC in Atlans. On the other hand, quests completed on special servers (for example: 'kill 5 monsters in DS') have their rewards to be claimed from the NPC in Event Square. Judging by your screenshot, it looks like you're trying to claim a reward from a normal server quest on a special server. Please return to the normal server where you completed the quest and try to claim the reward there. Keep in mind that if you enter the wrong server, the quest will appear as incomplete.

i'm on speed server 2 when i go to npc in atlans says thers nothing for u at the moment
i dont know how to complete this quest .. screenshon shows what i neeed to do som kinda blue golem ...

If that's the case, this quest is done in Lorencia, near the Noria portal, at coordinates 226,239. When you arrive, you'll see a wooden bridge just follow it to the end, and you'll find the monster next to a ship.

different question how can i go to normal server from speed server?

As stated in the original event thread in English ( https://megamu.net/forum/showthread.php?tid=14913 ), the migration of accounts from the Speed Server to the Normal Server will be available starting on 10/15.

Now, accounts created on the normal server cannot be migrated to the Speed Server if they meet any of the following restrictions:
Check what players can and cannot do during the event:

• ❌ No characters;
• ❌ No items in storage;
• ❌ No pending rewards in Noria NPC (except roulette);

It's located on server 1; it doesn't appear on other servers. You can retrieve it from the Arena Guard NPC in Noria at coordinates 191,108.
